Asus has announced the new device ZenPad Z8 in its Tablet segment. This latest tablet from Asus for Verizon Wireless sports a 7.9-inches display. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 processor. It runs on Android 6.0.1 marshmallow with ZenUI on top. The Asus ZenPad Z8 is announced in Black color. It is priced at $249.99 which is approximately Rs. 16,767. It will be available through Verizon retail stores from 23rd of this month. Asus Zenpad Z8 will also be available for a contract at $10.41 per month for 2 yrs. Asus ZenPad Z8 Specifications

The ZenPad Z8 is powered with 7.9-inches (2048×1536 pixels) IPS display with 178-degree viewing angle. It is packed with Qualcomm Snapdragon 650Soc clocked at 1.8GHz Hexa-Core 64-bit processor and Adreno 510 GPU. It have 2GB RAM & 16GB storage with  MicroSD support up to 128GB. It runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow with ZenUI on top.

On the camera front, the Asus Zenpad Z8 have a 8-megapixel rear camera. It also have a 2-megapixel front camera which is expected to take decent selfies and will be handy for video calls as well. The ZenPad Z8 also powers Dual front-facing stereo speakers which support DTS-HD audio. If we discuss Connectivity, it include 4G LTE, , BT 4.1, GPS + GLONASS, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac/b/g/n (2.4/5GHz) and USB Type-C. It is packed with a 4680 mAh battery which should offer decent backup.
